What we collect

When you submit a form we collect the name, phone number, email address and job details you give us. When you call the number on this site, the call is routed through a call-tracking service; we record the calling number and the time of the call, and if you leave a voicemail we keep the recording and an automatic transcript.

Why we collect it

Solely to respond to your commercial and office cleaning enquiry and pass it to the one vetted, independent commercial cleaning company that serves Waterloo through this site. That commercial cleaning company contacts you directly and handles the work under its own licences and insurance. We do not sell your information, and we do not pass it to anyone else.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

With your consent this site uses Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) pixel to measure how the site is used and how well our advertising works. These set cookies and send Meta and Google your page views, IP address and general device information. Nothing you type into a form is sent to them.

None of it loads until you choose. If you decline, no analytics or advertising cookies are set and the site works exactly the same. You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser, which brings the choice back. You can also opt out through Google's opt-out add-on or your Meta ad settings.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and call records are kept only as long as needed to serve the request and for a reasonable period afterwards for follow-up and our own records.

Your rights

Under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@waterloocommercialcleaning.ca and we will action it. Under Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) we only contact you with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by replying STOP to a text or emailing the same address.
