Waterloo Commercial Cleaning is the booking front door for a local commercial cleaning contractor. Call or send the form and the request goes to the people who will actually walk your building and run the crew - not to a call centre, and not to a list of five companies who will all phone you for the next month.
We built this around what Waterloo actually has in it. Nightly office janitorial for the tech and professional floors in Uptown, the R&T Park and along Northfield. Common-area and turnover work for the purpose-built student residence buildings between the two campuses, where the whole year comes down to two weeks in April and two in August. Lab and technical space where the access map matters more than the checklist. And early-morning retail and overnight restaurant service through Uptown and the plazas.
This site is new. There are no reviews on it, because there are no reviews yet, and we are not going to invent any. What you get instead is a written scope room by room, a flat monthly price, proof of insurance and WSIB clearance before a key changes hands, and a supervisor whose phone you can call at 9pm.
What we do not take on
- Kitchen hood and grease duct cleaning, which is specialist certified work
- Mould remediation, asbestos, biohazard and post-incident cleanup
- Exterior window cleaning above ground level
- Anything inside a server rack, on a lab bench, or connected to production machinery
- Snow clearing and exterior grounds
We will tell you that at the walk-through and, where it helps, tell you what kind of contractor you actually need.
How this works
When you call 548-290-8668 or send the form, your request goes straight to the contractor. They walk the building with you, write the scope room by room, and give you a flat monthly price before anything starts. The work is done under their own liability insurance and WSIB coverage, and proof of both is on your desk before a key or badge is issued. We do not sell your details to a list of cleaners and we do not add a cut to your invoice. Anything outside the agreed scope gets a phone call first, not a line on the next invoice.

What we won't do
- Publish reviews we didn't earn. When we have them, they'll be real ones with names.
